Meet the Developers

The Pier is a development by partners Tom Winkopp Realtor/Developer and built by Trehel Corporation.  A percentage of sales and rents from the development is given to the Clemson University Athletic Department.  This same group has developed projects, in excess of 150 million dollars, in the Clemson area including 2000 student housing beds.  All of the projects have been built, developed, marketed and managed in-house by the owners and development team.  The partners in these projects are Clemson graduates and are a part of the Clemson business community.
