Any questions or concerns can be addressed to the caring staff and handled quickly and efficiently. The Pier will have all the amenities and advantages of a luxury apartment complex, but with the added benefit of quiet and privacy of individual cottages!

The Pier is an all-student community which is a great atmosphere for your student! All their neighbors will also be in school and committed to their education. They will be able to make new friends with similar interests and experiences in an open and inviting community.

INDIVIDUAL LEASES

Another reason The Pier is the best choice: individual leases! Each student signs their own lease for their own bedroom, with utilities included, so their rent is not affected by anyone else. You can have the comfort and security of knowing your child will be provided for no matter what anyone else may do.

STUDY AREAS

Because The Pier is a student community we know that your student will need places to study, inside and outside their apartment. The bedrooms in the cottages are all big enough for desks and are well insulated so that each tenant has privacy. They will also have access to the clubhouse in Phase II which will have study lounge so your child can study in peace and quiet.

The Pier has an attentive staff committed to providing the best experience for your child. There is an on-site property manager who will work with you and your student to handle any and all concerns that may come up.
