The Greek Row is in its initial planning stages. When complete the Greek Row could offer the opportunity for individually owned chapter houses or lodges for the Greek community. This Greek Row would have over 5 acres of green space in the center of the community and over 600 parking spaces. It is designed to be inclusive of all fraternities and sororities.

The Greek Row will be walking distance to the planned commercial town center. The community is also walking distance to the clubhouse and pool area. Greek Row members will have guest privileges for all Pier amenities. A Greek property owners association would be formed to regulate the community and protect the investments of its members. If built it is intended to compliment Clemson University’s on campus Greek Housing plans. Transportation will be provided to the Greek Row.
