Greek Village

The Greek Village is a new exciting designated area of The Pier! It will be a collection of waterfront cottages occupied by a variety of fraternity and sorority members. The Greek Village will be walking distance to the waterfront pier and have access to a 6 acre elevated green space located directly across from the Greek village. The green space could serve as a venue for Greek day, rush week and other community events. There will be over 9 floor plans to choose from with 2 to 6 bedrooms all with their own ½ bath for guests. The Greek village will also be built in conjunction with a new clubhouse and pool area that will feature some of the most exciting amenities in the Clemson area. Transportation will be provided to the Greek Village.

The Greek Village and all amenities are planned for occupancy in August 2013 with Reservations starting NOW and lease signing in September and October of this year!
